Embracing the triumphs of the feminine
Spirit
Episode 9
How to get there
There are just some things we women have that are really powerful but
we fail to use sometimes
“so Delilah said to Samson, tell me the secret of your strength and
how you can be tied up and subdued” (judges 16;6)
Delilah assaulted all of Samson’s senses until he gave her one
priceless information that was key to his life. I am sure he didn’t even know
what made him tell her. The problem now is that it’s the wrong people that know
the kinda power they have and use it to their own advantage. Women of Delilah’s
time left no stone unturned when appealing to men. They knew the strength of a
man in his heart and they did all they could to get there. There are many ways
we can use to get there. We are gonna be exploring some of them in the next few
days.
First of all, Silence. SILENCE IS GOLDEN AND VERY EFFECTIVE. Being
silent doesn’t mean being a dummy who sits mopping all the time. This means you
should know when to be quiet and let your man take control. Silence actually
speaks better than word sometimes, in fact most times.
When you are in a room full of people and everyone is talking at the
top of their voices and trying to air their opinion and you just notice one
very calm person sitting at a corner looking at everyone and smiling, there’s
this sudden urge to hear what that person may be thinking. You want him to
listen to you? Learn to be silent.
“thou has taken account of my wanderings; put my tears in thy bottle”(psalm
56;8) There is just something g about tears that gets to the heart of man. There
is something tender about God’s image and as we know, men were created in the
image of God. Therefore, man also has that tender spot. “tears season the
atmosphere with tenderness. And when you are hurt, it’s ok to say ouch and
allow him the privilege of being there for you”-McKinney Hammond. Cry and let
him be your knight in shining armor. This doesn’t mean you should cry at every
given opportunity. In fact when you do that, your tears become powerless and
that’s not something you may want to happen, I tell you. Just be you and when
it hurts, say so. It helps
We shall be exploring more of these ways in the next few days. I hope
you had a nice time. Please you can leave your comments. Thanks J
